Metron EV charger and charging cable tester

The Metron EV charger and charging cable tester is an indispensable tool for quick and easy testing of both charging stations and charging cables. This tester can test both Type 1 and Type 2 charging stations and charging cables (not at the same time).

LED displays

The tester is equipped with 3 LED displays on which the voltage can be read directly from a connected charging station. The voltages are shown per phase on a separate display.

Vehicle simulation

With the "Ready" and "Charge" switches a connected EV charging station can be manipulated in the respective mode. This makes it possible to activate and test the charging station.

Testing under load

This tester also makes it possible to test charging stations and cables under load. For this, the tester is equipped with a Schuko and a Rode CEE 16 ampere connection. A load can be connected to these two terminals.

Test connections for CP, PP and PE

The test connections for CP, PP and PE make it easy to perform resistance and continuity measurements.
